Site
Paper Scraps first went online on Geocities under the name Temple of Slashy Beauty. It then moved to TopCities, then was split into my X-Files site, The Dogg Leash, my original site, Fangs Feathers and Guns, and my Dante shrine, Devil Child, leaving Paper Scraps to serve as my blog.
Eventually, thanks to Lerefuge, I got a livejournal, so my blog was no longer useful. She then helped me find hosting, and I gradually moved my sites off TopCities and onto the server of one of her friends. And now, finally a little more financially independant, I've moved to paid hosting, and split my collective/miscellaneous site into two sites: Paper Scraps remains as my collective portal, and the miscellaneous site, this one, is now Grab Bag.
Along with Devil Child, Paper Scraps/Grab Bag is the only one of my old sites left. If one counts all its incarnations and hosts, it's even older than Devil Child.
Layout
The currently layout, Plushie Love!, was drawn by me in Photoshop. Contrary to my previous layout, Pixelatted Past, which featured some very old characters of mine, this layout showcases much more recently created original characters.
Hosting
I am currently hosted by HostGator. I recommend them warmly.

Paper Scraps is built and updated using Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Filezilla.
